Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for using this site. If you're not entirely satisfied with our service, you're entitled to a refund. This policy outlines a transparent approach to refunds, giving you a great platform experience.
Here are the situations in which we expect you to seek a refund on an item and related services you subscribed to:
1.    Plan and sessions do not work the way they should
2.    A service is promised but not provided
3.    If a service doesn't work the way it should and it cannot be easily fixed, you're entitled to a refund.
4.    If a package is advertised and you're not provided with that package in accordance with our terms and conditions, then you're entitled to a refund.
However, if a service provided is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there's generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
1.    The service did not meet your expectations
2.    You simply change your mind
3.    You bought an item by mistake.
We advise you to avoid these situations prior to or after you subscribe to our service.
1.    You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
2.    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3.    Your item must be in the original packaging.
4.    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
1.    Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.    If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
3.    You'll receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
